Steve Hildabrand

Owner/Project Manager

Steve has been in construction for nearly 25 years. Starting out in 1999 with a high end custom home builder while in college, he's learned how to build a house from the foundation up. Turning his passion for detailed craftsmanship into a custom cabinetry business in 2008 and building years of experience working with detailed cabinetry and furniture all to bring them together and forming Hildabrand Custom Homes in the summer of 2022. 

Chere Hildabrand

Owner/Business Manager

Chere has many years in the residential home industry as she is a licensed realtor and owner of Hildabrand Homes Five Star Real Estate. She leads the team in administrative and marketing services. With a bit of background in design as well, not only is she able to talk you through the bottom line, she's happy to lend you her 'eye' as well! 

Nathan Hildabrand

Carpenter/Site Supervision

Nathan, son of Steve, has worked for 6 years along side his father and has a wide range of experience in residential construction. He is currently finishing his degree at Cornerstone University, and is eager to help build the future HCH.
